Deacon responses that are mandatory to learn for being a deacon are the ones that follow:

Before the Raising of Incense of either Matins or Vespers their are Praises that are chanted. The praise that is chanted before the Matins prayer would be the Morning Doxology and the praise that is chanted before the Vesper Prayers would be the the Vesper Praises consisting of the Fourth Canticle, Psali (Lobsh or Adam depending on Day), Theotokia (of that Day), The Psali Lobsh or Adam, and the conclusion of the theotokias.  After these praises have been chanted the priest opens the Curtain saying...

Have Mercy on us, O God, the Father, the Pantocrator. All-Holy Trinity, have mercy on us. O lord, God of the Powers, be with us, for we have no helper in our tribulations and afflictions but you.

#The congregation begins to recite the Lords Prayer...

Our Father Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name.  Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.  Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.  In Christ Jesus our Lord, for Thine is the Kingdom
